15. "I ran away."
The cow spent much of the night thinking about what happened on his way home from school. While he was riding on the bus, Craig, the boy who usually sat next to him, said, "I have a little problem. I know that you're good at solving problems. I was wondering if you can help me...if you have some time?" Just as he said it, the cow came to the stop he got off the bus. The cow wondered what kind of problem Craig had and if he could actually help him. While the cow was thinking about what Craig said, the phone rang. It was Craig. All he said was, "I ran away." And then he hung up the phone. The cow was worried. He didn't know what to do. |
