19. Finding the
family...
The cow slowly walked over to the other side of the attic, leaned over, and said, "It's OK little guy. We can help you." He was talking to a raccoon who was huddled in the corner. The raccoon said, "You're a cow." The cow assured him that even cows can be of service. The raccoon explained that he wondered away from his family and couldn't find his way back. Craig was standing and just listening to the conversation. "The first thing we have to do is get you some food," said the cow, "and then we'll figure out a way to find your family." The raccoon's face turned to a smile when he said, "You can really find my family?" The cow assured him that they would find his family. He asked the raccoon to come over to the cow's house to get some food and a nice place to sleep. As they walked home the cow started to think of a way to find the raccoon's family. A thought came to him just as they got to the cow's house. He was sure it would work, at least he hoped it would work. |
