Everyone wanted to know what the emergency was. The cow went to see why the veterinarian was needed. The secretary in the office said that the veterinarian was taking care of a patient. Everyone waited outside. The cow hoped everyone was afraid someone may have gotten hurt. He always worried about the monkeys because they jumped through the trees. He was also afraid that one of his friends might have eaten something that they shouldn't eat. Some people left food around that animals liked to taste. It didn't take long to find out what happened. The veterinarian came out and said it was a "drift." Most of the animals knew what he meant? Do you? |
