25. Looking for the
page...
When the cow got up he started looking for the missing page again. No luck. After he got home from school he started looking again. His sister looked in his closet. No page. His mother looked on his desk. No page. His dad looked under his bed. No page. Finally, the cow got an idea. Instead of looking for the missing page, he'd go to the library and see what was written on the page. He went to the library and found a copy of the book. Opened to where the page was supposed to be and...it was missing! Could it be a coincidence that the same page was missing in both copies of the book? The cow was determined to find out. |
