7. The note on the
desk...
The cow liked going to school. His teacher was very understanding. Everyone liked the cow. When everyone got back from lunch the cow found a strange note on his desk. Here's what it said... QRNE PBJ, V YVXR LBH. ZR The cow wondered what it meant. The cow showed the note to his teacher. She couldn't figure it out. When he got home he showed it to his sister, mom, and dad. No luck. Finally, he went next door to ask Aunt Polly. She was good at puzzles. She looked at it and smiled. "Before you go to school tomorrow come back and I'm going to give you a note," she said. "The decoded message?" said the cow. "No...an answer," said Polly. The very confused cow went home just as puzzled as before. |
